Volunteers will be assisting the school to enhance their school's community garden by installing the water feature of the garden, which would involve the following: pump basin dry, pull out gravel, drop in the new tub, connect the pipes (doesn't require plumber, but handy man ideally), pull/scrub/lay liner, move large rocks back into feature, plant water plants, lay gravel between raised beds. School has already purchased parts for the water feature. All volunteers must be registered and signed into the system before serving. Volunteers should be at least 16 and accompanied by an adult under 18, as the work will be labor intensive.

Please wear close-toed shoes. It could be very warm, so dress comfortably for the weather. Bring your own refillable water bottle and be sure to pack yourself a lunch! If there is a possibility to be outside, please be sure to bring sunscreen and garden gloves. Any additional safety information and snacks will be handed out at our launch location, St. Luke's School.
